“Conspiracy theories” I believe:
1) Notre Dame Fire was more likely than not arson
2) Hillary is concealing a serious health issue
Why?
Because neither requires an actual conspiracy to be true

Because neither requires an actual conspiracy to be true
Arson requires only one crazy bad actor
And know one else needs to know about Hillary’s health except her doctor(s) who have duties of confidentiality

I base this on two heuristics:
It’s deeply human to lie/mislead about your health problems and your mistakes
And it’s incredibly hard to keep a secret with people who aren’t legally bound to do so
