Important to understand this outburst not as marginal or outlandish, but as an honest distillation of a real phenomenon: The US ruling class redirects disaffected fascist youth to commit mass murder in the empire’s frontiers to reinforce the corporate agenda of maximum profits.
This phenomenon exists in Saudi Arabia too where rulers send radical youth to Syria to join al-Qaeda and impose the state’s puritanical vision and economic primacy npr.org/2013/03/13/174…
