3.) Worried they'll miss out bcuz they have scarcity mindset

4.) So, let's go field recon confused home seekers on Instagram
5.) LinkedIn, and FB. Let's not go to articles written by content creators.

6.) We jot down why they're even considering realtor vs FSBO

7.) Then we wireframe/sketch site & pg layout

8.) Then we choose UI scheme, icons, etc

9.) The site must "hot flash" pain-relief
FAQs, comment sections, industry data, YouTube

With 3 sources of info, we cross-confirm their motives and mindset into 1-2 overarching views

We then plaster the pain arising from that view on the hero section of the landing page

Then we sell the phone call, not the solution
