Gabriel Letizia, Jr, the Owner/Executive Director of AMA Laboratories, Inc, was arrested today for a 30 YEAR, multi-million$ fraud scheme regarding reporting false lab tests.

AMA Labs tested consumer products such as cosmetics, sunscreens & other products for other companies.
Other companies would hire AMA Laboratories to do their own clinical, safety, and efficacy testing of those various consumer products.

They claimed to specialize in SPF testing to help companies determine which SPF rating they should assign to their sunscreens.

So, which sunscreens weren't properly tested?

AMA also claims to be an "approved FDA testing lab."

I wonder if that claim is true. I'll have to dig more to see if I can find out.

Welp, I just started looking for any FDA connections and found this chemist's forum where people were talking about workign w/ AMA, AMA's records seizures, and the now-arrested CEO once saying he was suing his techs for false testing.

Hmm, I'm not sure what this site is or if this is legit, but it mentions something about a 2011 FDA SPF testing rule. Maybe they tested something and just claimed they followed the rules?

LOL...found a Dec 2017 article about when they were raided by the FBI and AMA claimed that agents "acted in bad faith."

2 former AMA employees pleaded guilty last month to rigging AMA test results and Letizia had blamed it all on the employees & claimed to have no knowledge of the fraud, but the employees must have turned over receipts, LOL.

Last month, the FBI raided the Los Angeles Dept of Water and Power (DWP), a city Attorney, and a few other locations of LA city agencies.

Now, there's some new info from warrants including that the investigation is bigger than originally thought.

City Attorney Mike Feuer's spokesman said the warrants served against him were in regards to the city's settlement of a class action lawsuit against DWP over a 2013 new billing system that billed people inaccurately.

The DOJ (AG Barr) and SDNY made statements regarding the #Epstein cases, but so far, no statements that I can find from New Mexico's Attorney General, who was also investigating Epstein.

Last news update on their site was on 8/8 and last tweet was a retweet of Obama on July 4.
Plenty of Trump bashing on the New Mexico AG's Twitter account, though.
Their last press release was on August 8 regarding an indictment of a former Miss New Mexico executive.

Here's an article that quoted an actual, official DOJ source:

DOJ Spokesperson Lee Plourde told the NY Post that #Epstein was not "currently" on watch in his cell while he was awaiting trial.

There are so many reports out there on the Epstein stuff where, if you read them carefully, contain words such as "probably" "it looks like" "reportedly" and "sources familiar" or "people familiar", so at least this one named an actual DOJ source.
Though it's still ambiguous and leaves plenty of room for further speculation.
