It's a big fucking deal because this is Mazars (article from Mar 2019).

This shows that Schwartz was at Mazars when he initially got in trouble.
We don't know if Schwartz worked on trump or trump org accounts.
But these are shady shady dealings at the accounting firm trump used, during the time trump was a client there.
To clarify: Schwartz got in trouble in 2015, when he was working at Mazars, but the tax shelters named in the complaint were created before he was hired at Mazars. His Linked In says he started there in 2007.
