WE URGE all Catholics to read Pope John Paul II's Papal Law on Papal Elections. Because with the death of Benedict or Bergoglio, knowing this law will be crucial to discern who is and who is not the true Pope w2.vatican.va/content/john-p… For example...
First note that in his introduction, Pope John Paul II affirms that the institution of the College of Cardinals is NOT necessary for a valid election, refering in this oblique way to the ancient and immemorial right of the Roman Church to elect the Pope, in absence of the college
Second, note that in the text of UDG, n. 1, Pope John Paul II expressly nullifies every act of power posited by Cardinals during the faux pontificate of Bergoglio, since Benedict never resigned his office!
Then note, that in n.4 the Cardinals have no authority to modify canon law or UDG, and if they attempt such their actions are null and void.
Fourth, note that in n. 37, the Pope admits that there can be a uncanonical vacancy of the Apostolic See, namely, the assertion that the Pope has died or resigned, when in fact he is still alive or in office. This is a prophetic admission of a future apostasy of the College.
Fifth, note that also in n. 37, the Cardinals are required to convene in Conclave ONLY AFTER the death or resignation of a true Pope. Any attempt to elect a successor to an Antipope, will result in another Antipope!
Sixth, note that n. 42 specifies that the Cardinals should be housed at Santa Martha, but this is now intentionally made impossible by the occupation of that building by the AntiPope!
Finally, note that n. 37 requires them to begin the Conclave no later than 20 days. Therefore, if they refuse to convene after the death of a true Pope and wait for the death or resignation of an Antipope, their conclave will be invalid.
And in the final promulgation of UDG Pope John Paul II declares NULL and VOID anything done by the College which contravenes his law. Therefore, the requirements all regard VALIDITY not just prudential measures. What does this mean in the present case?
It means that Pope John Paul II, who added munus to canon 332.2, has a prophetic foreknowledge of the future forced and invalid abdication, and nullified not only the election of the Antipope but the election of all of his successors!
