Once, my Ex was gisting me about her experience in her school program in Germany...

One day her Lecturer called her to her office. Started asking her personal questions like "Are you okay?" "Is everything alright back home?" "Is she having any financial or personal problems?"
The Ex was soooo confused by the questions. Turned out she had a B in one course. Prior to that, she had straight As. Lecturer wanted to know if something was wrong. She even offered to reset the exams for her at a later time if she wanted.
It was a surreal experience for her...and for me too.

In UNN, I met my academic adviser only twice in my 5 yrs of school. Once in 1st year when I was assigned and once again in final year when I was doing clearance.
See ehn, University is Nigeria is just a long stretch of abuse punctuated by the occasional learning.

Trash. Utter garbage.
