Among the most disturbing allegations are those of a cover up by White House lawyers and the deep involvement of AG Barr. He needs to resign or be removed from office immediately

The allegations in the Mueller report of Trump’s obstruction of Russia investigation are just as damning, but long lag time for investigation, Mueller’s circumspection, Barr’s unethical spin and delay, & Democrats’ lack of sharp initial message doomed those impeachment efforts.
The cooperation of White House lawyers and AG Barr to enable Trump and cover up for misdeeds are among the most appalling aspects of both Mueller and Ukraine. Had Nixon has more of that and fewer principled Republican Senators he would have gotten away with it too.
Trump literally may not know better about soliciting dirt on a political opponent from a foreign government or attempting to shake them down. But his lawyers and advisers do. Apparently No one stepped up and said don’t do it or I resign and blow the whistle. It took outsider.
It sounds like there IS a verbatim transcript of the Trump Ukraine call, not the partial summary released by the parties under investigation who were trying to bury it. The unclassified version should be publicly released immediately.
Not saying it is likely to happen yet, but if 4 or 5 Republican Senators came out with a statement saying they found the calls, interference, and cover up worthy of a House impeachment inquiry, the dam would break.
Barr was involved with the whistleblower complaint and never recused, despite being named in the whistleblower complaint, per @nytimes
