Lev Parnas update: Parnas was transferred this morning to federal authorities, per Alexandria sheriff's office. He's been held at the jail in Alexandria since he was taken into custody on Oct. 9 — he's due for an arraignment in SDNY on Wednesday (10/23)
Recall that a federal judge in Virginia agreed to release Parnas on $1M bond, along with other conditions — the fact that he's remained in custody likely means at least some of those conditions weren't met yet. His co-defendant Igor Fruman was already released on bond
