Where's the quid pro quo?

Well, on July 10, EU Amb. Sondland told Ukrainians that there had to be investigations before a meeting, repeating that in another meeting right afterward. That's been confirmed by Lt. Col. Vindman and Fiona Hill. washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/… 1/7
On July 25, right before the Trump-Zelensky call, special envoy Kurt Volker texted Zelensky aide Andrey Yermak to say that a meeting would happen "assuming" there were investigations. 2/7
On Aug. 10, Yermak texted Volker to clarify that he wanted a meeting set *before* Ukraine announced new investigations. 3/7
On Aug. 30, Sondland told Sen. Ron Johnson that aid was being withheld until an investigation into 2016 was launched. The next day, Trump told Johnson there was no quid pro quo — but that he wanted to learn what happened in 2016. 4/7
On Sept. 1, Tim Morrison, Fiona's Hill's replacement in the admin, told acting Ukraine Amb. Bill Taylor that Sondland had told Yermak that aid depended on investigating Biden. Taylor and Morrison confirmed this. 5/7
On Sept. 7, Morrison told Taylor that Trump and Sondland had spoken and that Zelensky needed to launch investigations. 6/7
Other than that? Well, there was acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney articulating an explicit quid pro quo, but who's counting? 7/7 washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/…
