I thought this #maclunkey thing was a joke. So I guess this is the rumored new version that hadn’t been released?

Also, the word Maclunkey (or however you spell it) was used by Sebulba. My Huttese is a bit rusty, but, roughly translated, it means "This'll be the end of you"
There's no doubt this change was overseen by George Lucas. Before the Disney sale he'd been working on the films again for their 4K remaster and 3D conversion. We've not seen those versions until now, apparently.
So, this change, and any others we spot, are going to make this the definitive version George worked on.
And yes, now I've got Phantom Menace on @disneyplus on in the background while I work and I can affirm that the definition on these transfers on the film are the best they've ever looked.
@disneyplus My official guess now is that we won't hear the Fox Fanfare on The Rise of Skywalker, as cool as I think that would be.
I checked The Force Awakens and it's the only saga film on Disney+ that DOESN'T have the fanfare, which seems a solid clue.
