In addition to blocking witnesses, the White House and State are refusing to share documents that Taylor, Kent and other witnesses say exist that can provide contemporaneous documentation of a lot of what they're discussing.

Schiff just showed off a really heavy gavel to prevent a public debate on an effort by the GOP to subpoena the whistleblower.
