Good morning from federal court in DC where day 2 of jury deliberations in the Roger Stone trial begin at 9:30 am. Here are the two notes the jury sent to Judge Jackson on Thursday. 
It’s approaching 9:30 and jury deliberations appear like they will start without any reconvening in court. Judge Jackson has a different case set for a hearing right now, a pretrial bond case in another unrelated federal criminal matter.
Heads up court is reconvening in the Stone trial. We don't know if it's another jury ? or a verdict. Stand by.

@joshgerstein Now both sides are seated back at their respective tables. Courtroom is pretty silent right now while we wait for Judge Jackson.

@joshgerstein Jackson says the jury is free to discuss the case and read about it, etc.
@joshgerstein Jury deliberated a bit more than 7 hours over two days.
@joshgerstein Jackson says she's going to deny Stone's motion to dismiss the indictment. He'd submitted that a few days ago. She'll do it in writing soon.
@joshgerstein Jackson says she's looking at sentencing for Stone in early February.
@joshgerstein Sentencing will be Thursday 10 am Feb 6.
@joshgerstein Government asks for Stone to be taken into custody now.
@joshgerstein Kravis says Stone was breaking gag order as recent as yesterday when he passed a note to someone in media, presumably Alex Jones who did talk about Stone's note.
@joshgerstein Jackson asks for Rogow to weigh in.
@joshgerstein Jackson says she will release Stone on his pending conditions.
@joshgerstein She's not dropping the gag order on Stone.
@joshgerstein Jackson says she's OK w/ Stone lawyers making a written request on the gag order. "I'm happy to read it. But I'm not going to change it at this time."
@joshgerstein Court is adjourned after Jackson thanks lawyers for their conduct during the trial. We are done in the proceedings.
@joshgerstein Stone not showing much emotion as he speaks with his lawyers. Rogow walks over and shakes Zelinsky's hand, pats him on the back.
@joshgerstein Rogow takes Stone by the arm and pats him on the back. His other lawyer Grant Smith also comes over and pats him on back.
