There are 4 stages to building a business:

1. Get people to take notice of you.
2. Convert as much of these people into first time customers.
3. Deliver value to them such that they are wowed.
4. Get them to buy more from you.
Each of these stages should be looked at SEPARATELY.

They are actually distinct stages. If your business is suffering it is usually from one, two or three of these stages.

Find out which stage is causing the clog in the wheels and fix it.
I approach my businesses this way

First I just make all the noise to get MY IDEAL CLIENT to notice me. When I have this locked down

Then I try to get conversions.

Then I keep improving customer experience.

Then I create more backend products
