Now you can certainly argue that the CRA should be amended to include religion or that Jews should not receive those same civil rights protections, but those trying to portray a measure combatting discrimination against Jews as anti-Jewish are embarrassing themselves.
Worth also pointing out that the Obama DoJ already interpreted Title VI to cover protections for Jewish, Sikh, and Muslim groups on the basis of shared ethnic characteristics. justice.gov/sites/default/…
