Guys who meet with the bosses of at the various levels of government and the Regulators
The upshot is there are a bunch of people in government working on and worrying about housing

That's tough to hear but so honest, because it's so frigging complex, because there are too many jurisdictions and there is a killer divide between camps
Start with the 2 camps

There is no middle ground and there's tons of folks on both sides
There are 3 levels of government and various Regulators and Agencies

When you hear about great uncertainty and indecision all you can reasonably expect to see is more of the same

So will worry and uncertainty about housing continue until general unaffordability creates a true crisis?
Most likely: YES
