Benda ni akan buat customer turn off dan tak reply.

Contoh :

Bila customer PM/Wasap kita akan reply dengan generic skrip iaitu;

"Hai cik, thanks berminat dengan tudung ni. Saya Siti. Boleh tahu nama cik?"
"Cik duk mana yer?" Image
Customer tu wasap nak beli tudung.

Bukan wasap utk berkenalan.

Untuk 2016-2018 ,skrip sesi ice breaking ni masih boleh pakai.

Tapi bila masuk 2019, and now 2020 skrip tu dah tak valid.

Customer nak cepat. Takde masa nak berkenalan.
So apa nak reply?

Andai kata customer tu masuk;

"PM tudung sis"

"Hai. Boleh sis. Siti send design yer"
- send all design.
"Dapat gambar sis? Design yang mana berkenan tu?"

"Okay dapat. Kejap saya pilih"

: then carry conversation tu ikut funnel.
As simple as that.

Tak percaya? Cuba ubah skrip closing tu skrg.

Sebab bagi barang yang orang tahu tu apa. Flow closing very short.

Contoh jual tudung,kasut, pakaian, or barang2 harian kita tak perlu explain panjang lebar pun barang tu.
Ni flow untuk niche pakaian harian (tudung):

"PM tudung sis"

"Hai. Boleh sis. Siti send design yer"
- send all design.
"Dapat gambar sis? Design yang mana berkenan tu?"

"Okay dapat. Kejap saya pilih"
-bagi dia time untuk pilih. Selalu dia akan comeback balik after pilih.
"Kalau design ni berapa?"

"Dah agak mesti sis pilih design tu. Ramai kenan design tu.
Sehelai RM39".
"Taknak ambik 2 ke? Saya kira RM70 je"
"Pastu free postage area semenanjung, sis area semenanjung kan?"

"Aah semenanjung"

"Ok dapat la free postage. Pilih lagi satu design sis"
"Ok lagi satu design yg ni"

"Ok boleh. Saya bg no akaun yer. Sis transfer cimb ke maybank?".

"Cimb"

"Ni detail CIMB saya"
-bg detail bank in
"Tudung ni saya dah asingkan utk sis. Once settle payment saya pos yer"
So begitulah ceritanya.

Aku tak jual tudung. Tapi aku jual baju baby yg dihandle oleh wife aku. So game dia very fast. Takde kenal-kenal.

Customer PM, tanya umur baby berapa utk tahu saiz yg sesuai, bg design, harga and payment.

Simple.

2020 - customer nak CEPAT dan mudah.
Ok sambungan kepada seller taknak letak harga.
