you say, “There is no need to consider further the frivolous second article of impeachment that would remove the president for asserting his constitutional prerogative to protect confidential conversations with his close advisers.” This is a gross mischaracterization of
the president’s conduct. Trump did not assert executive privilege. In other words, he did not “assert his constitutional prerogative to protect confidential conversations with his close advisers.” He ordered all executive branch employees to violate lawfully issued congressional
subpoenas for testimony & documents that would have exposed his administration’s crimes & abuses. Falsely characterizing this as Trump asserting executive privilege shows you are determined to misrepresent and thereby coverup Trump’s crimes. Your behavior is an insult to
the American people. You voted to hide and bury from the people the very evidence that would have given the people the opportunity to cast a fully informed vote in November. That is a shameful abdication of your responsibility to the American people. You may not need to see
the evidence of Trump’s crimes, but We The People want to see the evidence, deserve to see the evidence and are entitled to see the evidence of Trump’s crimes. This is, after all, STILL America.
