Your family is looking for a man who doesn't get upset when the bombs start falling.

They're looking for someone to tell them it's okay despite the shit that's happening.

They look for someone who takes action to solve the problem, who lets them vent, and who has control.

If shit's getting dicey, and you look around the room and they're looking at you?

That's how you know you run the show.

Take decisive, final action and show your family you have control.

When I used to have issues?

I ran away. I plugged into virtual world by playing video games.

I didn't stick my chest out and face the problem.

I slumped and tucked tail.

I learned from those mistakes.

No more. My family knows that they can count on me to lead.

I tell my family when they are crying, scared, worried, that it will be okay.

Because I'm there.

And any woman that wants to be a part of this life will realize that she's very lucky to have such an amazing man to lead.

She must support my purpose, my goals, and be the compliment to my leadership.

She will wanna be "ride or die" with me.

And this, gents, is how you have to be.

You can't stop. It never stops for a man.

And you're a damn good man, one that takes responsibility for his life and makes moves.

That's what we all teach in the 'sphere.
