"Dom wants to get the judges sorted". It's hard to think of a well-functioning democracy anywhere in the world where a government could so casually knock over the powers of the judiciary.
Britain is almost unique among democracies in having no special procedures for reform of the constitution: no super-majorities, no barriers beyond those for ordinary legislation. A govt with a majority in the Commons can change the constitution as easily as changing a dog tax.
In most sensible countries, constitutional reform is deliberately made slow & difficult: not because change is bad, but to stop temporary majorities rigging the system for their own advantage. By contrast, the constraints on constitutional jerrymandering in Britain are paper-thin
Britain has relied too much on a respect for the constitution that has vanished, rooted in a version of British history no one remembers. We're about to discover just how much power a radical like Cummings, backed by a lobotomized parliamentary party, can wield on 43% of the vote
