This “truth still matters” riff by Judge Jackson resembled the closing argument Michael Marando, one of the prosecutors who recently withdrew from the Stone case, made in November. motherjones.com/politics/2019/…

Obviously this truth matters argument is compelling. That’s partly about power, the idea that while Trump and co. have the power to make up what Fox News call truth, to insist that one Stone juror being a Democrat requires his exoneration, they can’t make everyone accept lies.

Listening to Roger Stone call in this morning to the Joe Piscopo Show on AM 970 in NYC. In a familiar move, Stone is eager to stoke a sense of grievance among Bernie supporters.
Also, Stone tries to make the case for why Biden's black support is "soft." Note: Stone worked in '16 to try to suppress black votes via a claim Bill Clinton has an illegitimate black son. He even emailed Bannon to seek Mercer family funding for that.
Whether or not Stone is in jail in November, his hopes for similar attacks on Biden aimed at suppressing black voting will very likely be fulfilled, and with way more funding than in 2016.

Lewandowski told Mueller, per this 302, that "Trump is really cheap" and that the Trump kids only got behind the campaign once Trump started to do well. Corey is not an Ivanka fan.

Interesting addition here is Manafort's claim that Rinat Akhmetov, an oligarch Manafort had worked for "was desperate for peace," meaning Akhmetov supported the pro Russian peace plan for Ukraine that Kilimnik secretly tried to get Manafort to get Trump to back.

"Truth matters. Truth still matters, OK?" Michael Marando said, his voice almost wavering....
"In our institutions of self-governance, committee hearings, courts of law ... truth still matters," Marando says, pointing out again that Stone allegedly lied. "You don't look at it and you don't say 'so what.'"
