+ great for hard-surface modeling
+ great for Nurbs-y type complex manifold modeling
+ exported models require little to no cleanup before rendering
- limited layers / groups
- no soft-body sculpting ability
- no texture painting
- no erasing subparts of objects
+ great for "soft-body" / organic sculpting thanks to their voxel engine
- hard surface modeling is possible, but it's no where near as polished as Gravity Sketch (downside of their voxel based approach)
- no per-layer/per-material opacity?!?
+ great for a psudeo 2D/3D story book illustrative style
+ by far the leader in Animation at this point!!!
+ great for fractal zoom / infinity zoom style
- requires some advanced knowledge to know how to simulate light/shadow/reflections, etc. but... it's possible.
+ great for "sketching" and prototyping
+ works smooth even on low-end computers
- hard to achieve a "polished" finished result. anything exported to a rendering package would require some ReTopo unless you want your piece to "look" like a tiltbrush piece

Pros:
+ great for pixel-art style
Cons:
- that's pretty much it
