that at least some members of the Court are worried about either. I think if the Court did release immediate audio in this unique situation, it wouldn't and shouldn't set a precedent once things return to a more normal footing...
They should feel free to do what is appropriate here without fear that it will force their hand down the road in less extreme circumstances, and those of us like me who have views on this in ordinary times shouldn't use this decision, made under extreme circs, as a precedent.
