2. Every single democratic and not-very-democratic country has a powerful national students union. In Brazil, we (students) were the first to die on the streets during the Coup - same in Chile, Argentina, Turkey... you name it. We were also the first to mobilize against them.
3. Please, tell me there is an American students union. I'm not sure those of you who are political scientists or journalists have any idea of the weight of this story.
