We are barricading a few streets close to the case positive houses. The entry and exit from the barricaded area is regulated to prevent the possible transmission of #COVID2019 .

A local sponsor has also been identified by the police and zonal corporation team and milk and bread packets delivered on a daily basis to all the 60 plus families in the barricaded zone.

Also, volunteers and SHG's doing door to door survey on a daily basis to look for flu like symptoms.

Samples are collected from all immediate and extended contacts and sent for testing.

Daily auto announcements are helpful in passive surveillance - ie, in directing people with symptoms to the medical camps and for intensive risk communication.

1) containment volunteers - few residents identified locally who will help on a daily basis for distribution of groceries and stuff and also acts as an informal Surveillance group for flu like symptoms.

Delivery of essential medical services : - BP and Diabetes patients are enumerated and their 2 month medicines are already supplied in advance. A medical team takes follows up everyone with comorbidities. Pregnant woman are monitored in all stages of pregnancy
