3/ Now it appears these messages include Kurt Volker - he just set up a 4 person group. It wasn’t quite clear if Kurt passed these on because he had possession of them. But he was an active participant.

Volker was the Envoy to Ukraine... the important thing is HE set up the call

4/ Kurt talked about how pleased the Ukrainians were and wanted to “get it done right”

4/ Volker States that @POTUS @realDonaldTrump was “reasonable” in his skepticism of Ukrainian corruption

5/ Kurt Volker is extremely persistent in pursuing @RudyGiuliani - like a desperate person whose love interest won’t call them back, trying to force the Ukraine contact

**Important correction**: I initially was reading Vindman’s deposition and Volker’s texts.

These are VOLKER’s texts, with Sondland and Rudy - Vindman was not in these texts at all.

Then he says there was no linkage between Giuliani & investigating allegations into Hunter/Burisma.
