Hello I'm awake and here to look over the #PIACrash. So far I'm building an idea in my head as to what happened. I will be doing a thread here.

1. The engines

The engines look pretty black on the bottoms online. Diagrams of the CFM56 used by the A320 show that the accessory gearbox is mounted there. There may have been a failure there. See the photos below to see what's inside one.
As you can see there are many things inside. One small failure can lead to a big domino effect of them. So, many things could have led to the black we see on the photo.
2. The RAT and APU

Most people are point out that the RAT was deployed but not also pointing out that the APU was on. The RAT will always deploy if electrical fails in the plane. APU was enabled to help generate power again.
3. Center of Gravity

If you read the abnormal procedure for an A320 it states that the passengers should be moved to adjust the CG of the aircraft on landing. If a dual engine failure occured then there was no time for them to do that.
So they were very off balance for landing. This whole situation was a series of unfortunate events. The failure in the engines gearboxes means the pilots could not start the engines.

My only question now is why didn't they try the gear gravity deploy?
4. Gear gravity deploy

In the back of the center pedestal is a crank. This is for the gear gravity deploy. It means that using gravity the gears should fall down and lock.

Sometimes the gravity deploy does fail.
Conclusion:

The whole situation seems like a large amount of failures. The A320 family is very popular and has been flying since 1987. I am curious to get ATC recordings and more videos of the craft prior to the landing. It will help paint a better picture as to what happened.
Thank you all for reading this thread. I hope it was not too all over the place. If you have any questions, comments or have videos or photos to share feel free to comment on this last tweet. I'll reply with my other account (@Aurora_Knish)

Adding to this. Thank you @HunayJohnson for sharing this. Looks like they were stalling the plane down to the last second. This was a very high AOA for landing. Not good at all. Either they lost flight control or were panicking.
There was no way they could've recovered from that stall condition. In a way they crashed before landing. Very sad but I still wonder what happened on that second approach that killed the engines.

Interesting though but on the first landing if they hit the runway pretty hard they could have damage the engines that way. This could have led to the failure. The gear I am not sure because a hard landing would mean they would be stuck down or lost not stuck up.

PK8303 seatmap charted. Not my best work but still shows. They were a tiny bit left heavy but relatively stable. CG should not have been that far off from normal.

Thank you @BirdsOfJannah for sharing. This is another angle of #PK8303 on landing.
