For years i've been trying numerous weight reduction plans, tried crash diets. Some succeeded, most didn't... For the last 4 months, I've been following a very simple #Diet #weightloss plan and the results are below. The 1st photo this Holi, 2nd today, @IamShajanSamuel

Since January, I've been eating only twice a day. Absolutely nothing in between. From mid Feb, I've been strict on this intermittent fasting 7 days a week. Eating at 12 and 8 pm only. But eating everything I want to, within 45 min, including alcohol. Even during #Lockdown
Even during lockdown, Sunday afternoon beer is mandatory, 2 evenings whiskey too. So I've stopped nothing, and eating pizza, burgers, pakode, chole bhature.... Everything in 45 min at a time.
But, along with this, I'm also doing intermittent jogging for an hour daily morning
mix of brisk walk, light jog and a sprint for 1 hour daily has been most beneficial and easy to manage. I walk a few min, jog a couple and sprint 30 sec. Every kilometer. Started from 6km/hr, now reached 9.

This is something that anyone can do, I've not even stopped eating sweets, I eat chocolate, ice-cream almost every other day, bread, made rasgullas and ras malai, kheer.... Have not stopped eating anything at all.

One important thing I do is keep tag of daily activity. thanks to an office runner group,I post a snapshot of my workout daily. Keeps me motivated and pushing for more.I use #NikeRunClub app, where I keep joining challenges. Started with 45 km in the whole January to 250km in May
