An important thread from a #Covid19 recovered patient X who is only 26 years old and might be helpful to anyone facing symptoms:

I developed slight throat irritation, weakness, muscle aches and unusual tiredness in the first two days of symptoms. Developed fever and headache
On the 3rd day, along with lightheadedness(the feeling that you will get fainted). The 3rd night was very unpleasant, couldnt fall asleep, and felt mild shortness of breath. However, I began my proper treatment from day 3 when I finally contacted my senior(medicine specialist)
working on duty in COVID19 ward in KTH, and he told my that my symptoms are typical COVID19 and I should get myself isolated, and managed. Starting 4th day, after I began my treatment, fever began to come down a little, muscle pains subsided, headache got under control but the
other symptoms began to show, got severe diarrhea on day 5, nausea on day 6, diarrhea again on day 7, altered taste on day 8 and day 9. Felt great improvement on day 10, however symptoms still persisted, as this viral disease does take at least 14 days minimum
The following is the management plan, which is also recommended by doctors working in COVID19 wards.

Tab. Panadol 500mg 2 tablets TDS three times a day

Tab. Azithromycin 500mg OD once daily for 5 days(check G6PD deficiency before starting)
Can also cause QT interval prolongation, heart patients should check with their Physician before use)

Surbex Z multivitamins once daily

Cap. Dan D 50,000 one capsule/week

Black seeds (7-8 seeds TDS)

Saline gargles

Green tea
Keep the following at home and use as per the need/symptoms arise.

Check Oxygen Saturation with a pulse oximeter 3 times a day(if oxygen saturation falls below 90%, you should rush to the hospital)
Check temperature morning and evening
Vilanay (for diarrhea)
Tab. Gravinate (for nausea)

Syp. Cosome (for cough)
