@HKMarkSimon , right hand man to @JimmyLaiApple DMed me amd asked if I wish to write for Apple daily. I have since refused. Note below that Next Digital, the owner of Apple Daily, which suffers from heavy losses for abt a decade seem to focus on fighting some "cause and belief " 
As they have the money in the bank. What @HKMarkSimon fails to realise is that " money in the bank" belongs solely to the shareholders and not him or Jimmy. The listco duty to the shareholders is to maximize returns and not use their money to fight the #ccp or whatever cause.
I have asked Mark repeatedly whether his statement has been relayed to the market or the shareholders but he has failed to reply for over a week. Hence in the interest of transparency, I am sharing the screenshots above. Do exercise caution.
