Productivity as wave. We often think people are doing much better than us. Spoiler alert⚠️: they aren't - their wave is probably out of phase of our own.

We need to make sure to be kind to ourselves, and not compare ourselves with others.

When we are in a trough, we really need to look after our own wellbeing. We can divide tasks into easy tasks for this time period, and save the bigger tasks for when we are feeling most productive. 2/
When we are at a peak - we also need to look after our wellbeing (YUP - mental health is super important). That way we can sustain at the peak for a longer period of time. 3/
It's really important to recognise that no-one is immune from this wave. Over time people might get better at shifting the baseline, and being more productive overall, but no-one is on their A-game all the time. We need to acknowledge this! 4/4
