A thread to remind the conspiracy theorists regarding the UK referendum to leave the EU of some inconvenient facts they seem to have forgotten about, in particular focussing on actual interference & subsequently how the media continues to spin deceptive narratives. 1/9
The only foreign nationals known to have actively interfered in the referendum were @BarackObama - at the time the most powerful man on the planet & all of the #EU presidents at the time. Why does @carolecadwalla at conspiracy central never mention this? 2/9
Why is the TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) trade deal which was @BarackObama's signature trade plan & would've meant millions of both US & EU jobs being shipped to China never brought up now after @realDonaldTrump binned it after becoming @POTUS & sparked a trade war? 3/9
If chlorinated chicken is so bad for people, why has it been legal for decades in the US & why was TPP going to allow it in the EU? Why has Spain been using almost exactly the same process to chlorinate its' salad produce & yet this is hardly known about? 4/9
It is the reason @campbellclaret suffers from his delusions of adequacy when hypocritically taking selfies with others whilst ignoring social distancing at the same time as obsessively criticizing Dominic Cummings on TV and Twitter? We #Brexiteers know the answer though. 6/9
@ChukaUmunna was busy lying about how the UK would be poorer than Albania in 2016. Why was there no media follow-up or even basic questioning of his claims? The same goes for @DavidLammy & his unchallenged remark some #Brexiteers were worse than Nazis. How utterly ridiculous. 7/9
Why has no journalist ever sought to uncover the truth about how much it cost the Stronger IN campaign to bring @BarackObama across to the UK to campaign actively against #Brexit - as that is the real scandal, we also all know the reason why that will never happen too. 8/9
