For instance, are they happy in their lives, both personally and professionally? What frustrations are they currently experiencing? Where do they get their information? What are they curious about?

3. Developing the Content Strategy and Framework
Next, the design thinking phase where we identify and give a holistic view on the best way we can work with your brand.
The process includes developing an end to end content strategy and framework, that is defining how we will ideate, approve, create and publish your content marketing campaign.

4. Identifying the Best Suited Channels
Lastly, the icing on the cake means identifying where and how your target audience consumes your content. We collaborate with our clients to explore the best channels that we can use to reach their target audience.
