@GovAndyBeshear is extending the emergency regulation face mask order.
Note: Illegally
@GovAndyBeshear keeps using that speculative graph of “what would have been”.
It’s worth noting the countries with no mask orders have less cases and deaths compare Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, and others (no mandate) to the US, Spain, Italy (pushing masks).
Green means people who said they wear masks always. Blue is people who said not at all. Now go look at per capita cases and deaths comparing the nations. US despite it being debated has about 90% of people complying, yet cases are up.
Another day of high cases on KY despite about a month into #MaskUp. Beshear is trying to downplay but it’s not showing an impact, even with bars closed and restaurants limited.
516 new cases, 5.51% positivity (not dropping). Another ding in his narrative.
701 hospitalized, 140 in the ICU
@GovAndyBeshear says wear a mask for kids. 18 new cases under 5.
8 new deaths: ages 68, 94, 86, 78, 84, 94, 68, 87
In a supposed poll earlier this year, Beshear had an 80% approval. Not rare in times of fear. People look for a Leader. A more recent poll said he was at 59%. A huge hit.
People are losing faith in him because his narrative is full of holes.
Social media feel good stuff right now. The terms “Kiddos” used again. He loves that one, unless they are “kiddos” in the womb of course.
Does @GovAndyBeshear ever wash his face. Always so oily. Turn the lights down or something Kenneth. Damn.
@GovAndyBeshear reminds people not to go to a beach. Says it’s like lining up a bunch of cars knowing a machine gun is going to go off.
Wtf?
Long term care facilities:
452 active cases
217 active staff cases
481 total deaths (looks like 1 new)
Testing:
Chief of staff now updating on executive orders being renewed...
Extensions for pharmacies, price gouging
Some DL orders are still in place. Drive.ky.gov can give more info.
Stack says federal agents were in Louisville. Had intensive meetings with hospitals and others about testing. Says it will make sure federal resources are maximized.
Note: @GovAndyBeshear really needs a federal bailout to mitigate the damage of his orders.
@StevenStackMD is rambling about how great we are at contact tracing.
Note: a lot of these briefings are campaign speeches. Free publicity from @WKYT@LEX18News@WDRBNews@WHAS11. Beshear will milk these beyond the pandemic.
@GovAndyBeshear says new guidlines on bars and restaurants soon.
Bars will have a seat rule. You have to stay in it unless going to the bathroom. Restaurants to 50%
There will be a curfew at 10 pm with 1 hour for consumption.
@GovAndyBeshear says this will help stop “super and mega speaders”
Mentions we can exchange bars for house parties of “200-300 people. Mentions we don’t want to be like states shutting off utilities.
This guy is a walking parody!
Cabinet Secretary Brown with a prison update...
Meal and Drinks are delivers to inmate by staff using PPE
All news sounds just peachy. No mention of deaths. Skipped over if there are any.
@GovAndyBeshear says he talked to @GovMikeDeWine who has tested positive for #COVID__19. Mentioned he don’t know how he got it. Been practicing precautions.
@GovAndyBeshear asked about “frustrated teachers” who are not doing in class school but still requiring teachers to come in.
Beshear basically says don’t make teachers go or work (even if kids are not there). You can almost see the union KEAs arm up his backside.
Question about how many cases here are actually other state citizens.
@GovAndyBeshear says there are definitely some. Will get numbers.
Question on frustrations surrounding #BreonnaTalyor case taking so long.
@GovAndyBeshear says he hasn’t talked to @kyoag. Says process needs explained because with no info, people get upset.
Question about the state fair
“Did fair board vote on guidlines?”
Answer from fair board guy: no, but they support the guidlines.
Question on if people will just go across to KY kingdom.
Fair guy says KY kingdom people won’t be allowed into the fair ???
Another day with no updates on Churchill Downs or Derby.
Still March claims out there. @GovAndyBeshear mentions some claims require the two page letter that takes a lot longer. This was his answer last week.
This is a joke‼️
No current calculation of economic impact of no strong KY fair.
We can answer that: it hurts bad.
@GovAndyBeshear uses this to beg for a federal bailout. Says without vital services will be cut.
Note: He chose to destroy our economy‼️
@GovAndyBeshear is really really really hoping a federal bailout can save him. He’s blasting @senatemajldr without mentioning his name.
Says his ask for federal dollars isn’t political. It’s about survival.
@GovAndyBeshear clarifies social gathering order will also be extended.
Beshear indicates he will continually extend mask mandate (illegally) unless positivity rate is really low or a vaccine is available.
Question on if it is an expectation universities will see cases.
@GovAndyBeshear says sure. But it depends on how universities handle. Says if cases can’t be tracked or of a positive goes to a big party it could be a big problem.
Question on every UK student being tested and if other should do that.
Beshear says there’s different ways to do things. Mentions temperature checks, screenings, distancing, large scale testing, etc.
Question on mixed messages about testing capacity. Reporter says @louisvillemayor says only get tested of symptoms are present.
@GovAndyBeshear says he gets tested every two weeks. He seems to disagree with the Mayor. Wants people getting tested. “We can do that.”
@TomL_Ky_Today asked about in person unemployment services.
No plans next week. Will announce next week for the next week. Large in person services in Louisville. @GovAndyBeshear says a lot of filings still coming in (because he is strangling bars and restaurants)
@GovAndyBeshear asked about a case at UK where someone went to a party. Beshear says we can’t be doing that. Says it’ll kill people.
State fair plan:
Question on contracts for vendors.
Beshear says they are working through them and believes they can reduce liability.
Tomorrow an update will be via video.
That’s a wrap.

These empty robes ruled unanimously in favor of Beshear. That’s okay. It’s time to gear up & assure NONE of them remain on the bench next time they’re up for re-election. Pro Liberty orgs should make this court an election priority. We’ll be spotlighting each Justice below ⬇️⬇️
Good news❗️
Justice Wright, pictured here w/ @GovAndyBeshear’s dad, Steve Beshear, lost his re-election & will be replaced by Bob Conley, a judge who values the Constitution.
Bye 👋 Justice Wrong! Don’t let the mahogany 🚪 of the Court Chamber hit you in the ass on the way out
Unfortunately, @HDebralambert beat Judge Dan Ballou in 2018. Ballou is a constitutionalist & respects inalienable rights. We call on him to run again!
Lambert has the benefit of name ID, but now she has a clear record of spitting on our rights. She represents the 3rd district
We cover stories @courierjournal & others refuse to. Yesterday, the Health & Welfare Committee found @GovAndyBeshear’s reg deficient that would extend food stamps & other govt benefits to dead beat parents who’re not paying their child support. He’ll now decide to either...1/
...honor the legislatures wishes, or allow the policy to be implemented.
Time for some background.
@GovAndyBeshear has brought back Steve Veno, who served as commissioner of the income support office under Steve Beshear’s administration. 2/
After @MattBevin took office, he cleaned out swamp creatures from Frankfort, like Veno, who mismanaged state govt.
Bevin’s commissioner saw imbedded policy & procedure issues, but changing ingrained ideas & policy is difficult. So he requested @KyAuditorHarmon examine. 3/
Our sources allow us to do the quick independent journalism major outlets like the @courierjournal ( @MattGlo ) won’t do. Here’s another example‼️ @GovAndyBeshear’s admin investigated itself & concluded that it did nothing wrong! 😃 1/8
In fact, despite @GovAndyBeshear being the head of the Executive Branch & HIS appointees being at the helm of offices such as UI, it was determined that @MattBevin is to blame! You can’t make this garbage up. Actually, YOU CAN, & the @courierjournal will publish it! 2/8
Okay, now for what @MattGlo & the @courierjournal didn’t include. Let’s take a look at the “Inspector General of @KYTC, Maryellen Mynear,” & ask a reasonable question: “Can she “conducts a full & independent review?” The following info should peak a journalists interests. 3/8
Unsurprisingly, Buckner, legal staff for @GovAndyBeshear began with fear mongering. It’s clear their argument is that fear of #COVID__19 outweighs the fundamental rightist enshrined in the Constitution.
Judge Vanmeter asks Buckner to speak on the argument that @GovAndyBeshear’s execitive actions are arbitrary, citing childcare centers.
Unlikely to be reported by news networks here in KY.
Our sources have confirmed that Robert Conway (Dem who challenged @KYAgCommish for @kentuckyag) has been FIRED as Commissioner of KY State Parks within the @KentuckyTourism, Arts & Heritage cabinet. #TeamKentucky
This isn’t surprising. He clearly has anger issues (see Fancy Farm 2019). Sources say he was providing special perks to his family members staying at parks. He was always unqualified. Leave it to @GovAndyBeshear to make such political appointments. Sen. Thayer was spot on in Jan!
Sonka tweeting about Union Co. schools, which hasn’t even begun in-person learning, shows that even @GovAndyBeshear backing reporters are recognizing fear mongering about a return to in-person learning isn’t playing out like they thought it would.
Yellow numbers are districts that have begun in-person learning prior to @AndyBeshearKY’s arbitrary date of Sept 28 🗓 . Some restarted in August. Red numbers are from true #COVID19 hotspots & also where colleges are located (which have students on campus. Because 💵) 2/6
Blue indicates independent districts.
As you can see, a day of reckoning is not occurring in schools that have dared to defy @GovAndyBeshear, @KyDeptofEd, @LtGovColeman, & @StevenStackMD. In fact, some districts with no in person learning has more cases than those with it! 3/6
