Last night, as protesters were pushed by police up Stark away from the East Precinct station, they encountered a woman shouting insults from her porch. She was wearing a Nazi uniform, and had a Nazi flag in her window. Tonight they confronted her again, tagging 'Nazi Lives Here'
She came out again to shout at the protesters, saying "I never said I was a Nazi", they respond "You wore a swastika!"
The Nazi flag is now gone from her window, but the tag on her house remains.

Dressing like this or displaying the Nazi flag in Germany, the place where Nazism originated, is illegal and would result in her arrest.
In Portland, however, it is permitted.
Remember, #Portland is the city where Mark Kruger, who posed in Nazi uniforms spraypainted Heil Hitler as a teen, and built a monument to Nazis as an adult, is still on the police force wweek.com/portland/artic…
He's been filmed multiple times laughing while macing protesters.
Also remember that the East Precinct is home to Officer Andrew Hearst, who killed 17-year old #QuaniceHayes in 2017. His family has held many protests there demanding justice for his murder. Their protests got little publicity, but they have kept it up for 3 years.
It is also just down the road from where #LarnellBruce was brutally murdered by a white supremacist couple who beat him and then ran him down with their car.

In short, if anyone does not believe that this swastika-wearing woman shouting down #BlackLivesMatter protesters is a reality, they have probably never been to East Portland.
