Gamal Helal: In April 2019, Trump called LNA leader Haftar, they spoke for nearly 2 hours (!), and it was understood to be a green light. If the LNA could free all of Libya, including Tripoli, it would become the "reality on the ground." However, LNA did not make this progress.

JP: Turkey & Tripoli’s GNA want to grab Sirte on Libya’s coast & Jufra airbase in the interior. Egypt has said this is a red line, and the Egyptian Parliament has now approved a military response. Turkey is wondering if it should cross the line.
JP: Turkey has also launched an offensive in northern Iraq, threatened a new offensive in Syria, and offered to aid Azerbaijan to fight Armenia. This means Erdogan aims to control parts of Syria, Libya, Iraq, and have bases in Qatar, Somalia and elsewhere. Neo-Ottoman ambitions.

The long-delayed audit of Tripoli's Central Bank of Libya by @Deloitte will not by itself be sufficient for the Libyan Parliament, LNA, and tribes to lift the oil blockade. But transparency is a key step in the right direction. Fair distribution of oil revenue is also essential.
The audit of Tripoli's Central Bank of Libya (CBL) has been officially delayed since 2018 (in reality, it's been resisted & obstructed much longer than 2 years). Per Bloomberg the most recent delay related to the $4.8 million audit fee to @Deloitte sent to Audit Bureau for review
