Fundamentals of prayer - What makes your prayer more powerful and effective? Pray with faith, belief and then surrender! Your prayer doesn’t have to be scripted. It could be you simply conversing with the higher power.
Pray anytime in the day, multiple times in the day, can be a few seconds or can be as long as you want.
Pray with consistency - Make it a habit and lifestyle! Don’t just pray when your life is in turmoil. Once you’ve prayed with intention, faith and belief, surrender peacefully. Don’t try and do the higher power work and micromanage all hat you prayed for. Surrender!
Prayer, what a powerful tool ! Infinite intelligence exists that cannot be explained hence it must be respected and honoured. Prayer is beautiful, irrespective of religion or spiritual paths. It’s your deepest conversation between you and the higher power, use it well.
You lose nothing by praying with faith and belief and surrender. Ever heard a child pray ? Innocent, beautiful, no pretence ..Real ! Adults can pray that way too! Prayer is a medicine beyond medicine, use it well!

You gotta accept it first before you can fix it. Most people never accept, they find it difficult too. Ego, pride, hurt, the why me attitude etc. That’s what keeps you stuck as a victim.
When you are a victim, you can’t take action because you constantly crave for sympathy, pity, validation etc.
We must first accept what has happened. Then we rise above and do everything to fix it. You gotta accept it first before you can fix it!! It all starts with acceptance and letting or letting go …Gracefully....

Don’t imitate and copy people mindlessly as a shortcut. Use your uniqueness to evolve, copying is easy and shallow. Have faith in your uniqueness and evolve. The weak find easy ways out, the strong grow through challenges.
It’s amazing to learn from others, we all do. We learn from others but be aware of people who copy and imitate mindlessly. Stealing people’s work and ideas as a short cut because they can’t do it on their own.
This will always happen but always know there are all kinds of people out there, and the strong will grow through failure and difficulty and the weak will blatantly copy and have a short term success.

At the fast pace of our lives, and in a time that we are so switched on or wired, that switching off and relaxing are not luxuries, they are necessities!!
Exhaustion, time poverty and sleep depression are worn as badges of honour today! It ain’t normal or cool just because society has normalised it, it’s highly abnormal!!
Burn our doesn’t give you a prize, but it indicates that you have neglected all of you! There ain’t anything cool about that. Never feel guilty or apologetic, about taking rest or relaxing.

People say I need to escape.. Escape from what ? The pain, unworthiness, anger, guilt, hatred, hurt, envy etc. Wherever it is you to go escape, the same negative feelings go with you.
You can numb them, you can drug them, you can create distraction from them, but they will still go with you and live in you no matter what. At some point you need to face them, embrace them, go through them. Make that time now so you can be free! Escaping is a temporary route.
Everything is within you, to control you, society and media encourages you to look outwards. You become a puppet over time! Look outward was much as you need to but be grounded inside. All power and potential and healing happens from within.

You may not like what you read. That’s fine. We can like, dislike. In most cases, the truth, especially the bitter, ugly truth will always hurt us, but we can use that hurt to motivate a change in our lives, thinking, actions, behaviours and feelings.
Use it the right way! We have been made to believe that our generation is advanced, when unfortunately that’s a lie. Yes we may have advanced in technology, medicine and a lot more, but we’ve missed something huge!
Only because we’ve gone back several steps when it comes to health care, which is more and more becoming sick care, we are failing at relationships, families, values, lifestyle etc ..
