Sources have not mentioned motives, such as whether they were hungry due to lack of supply, or whether they could not suppress their curiosity and creativity when they first saw China, which is far richer than North Korea.

according to instructions from the Central Epidemic Prevention Command in Northkorea. After the quarantine period is over, severe punishment will be imposed, including the commander of the unit.
