The following is a brief description of the antiviral mechanism of Pyramax Tab.;
pyronaridine increases the pH of lysosomes to prevent virus fusion. It's eleven times stronger than HCQ. It also suppresses virus replication by inhibiting the main protease even after virus fusion.

Artesunate suppresses NF-kB and expresses the interferon-stimulated gene with interferon I to halt replication. Also, it inhibits TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, and IL-6 to stop the development of a cytokine storm and prevent pulmonary fibrosis, which is a complication.
We should keep an eye on the Pyramax. because the results of phase 2 of the clinical test will be released as early as December this year.
