#UGC will also not accept the decision to cancel the exam. At this pace we can expect the verdict from High court either in the the first or second week of December. That is a very long period of time. By that time even the next semester exams would end. /2
Arrear exam cancellation announcement is a big hoax played by TN CM Mr. EPS @CMOTamilNadu. He has put the future & life of students at risk. This clearly shows his incompetence & one of many decisions that his govt reversed during the #Covid crisis. /3
His decision without forethought has put students under tremendous stress. The psychology of students is that they would start preparing only if the exam dates are announced. If Madras high court strikes down the order, then they must prepare for the exam with in a short time./4
The worst hit are the final year students who must have passed out in May 2020. Because of this idiotic decision their job offers are getting delayed, some may even loose their offer because of this delay. If @CMOTamilNadu cares for students, he must revoke the decision./5
And allow universities to conduct exams. Universities would have adopted Open Book Exam or Online exam for arrear exam and it would bebetter for students to take these exams in online mode. If exams are conducted in Dec, by that time educational institutions would be open. /6
When institutions are open in Dec, students might be asked to come & write the exam in person. Instead if exams are conducted now they could easily get through the exam in OBE or Online mode. Whether @CMOTamilNadu will consider this ?? /n #மாணவர்நலனில்_அமமுக
