#Ain_Issa: The Syrian Democratic Council, (#SDC), warn about the recovery and revival of #ISIS terrorist organization in Turkish-occupied areas of Serê Kaniyê and Girê Sipî.
SDC: The public appearance of ISIS elements in occupied areas following the demonstration that was organized against France, is a clear and explicit indication of the extent of the close relationship between #ISIS and #Turkey.
SDC: Analysts and activists believe that these ISIS terrorists in Turkish occupied areas are the remnants of ISIS who fled from Al-Baghouz (Deir ez-zor) and reached Turkish territory. Turkey is using them to use them in the attacks on northern and eastern Syria.
SDC: Earlier media reports confirmed the presence of active elements in the ranks of the terrorist organization ISIS among factions supported by Turkey.

Co-president of the Executive Council, Îlham Ehmed: "Damascus agreed, through Russian mediation, to start political negotiations, and the possibility of forming a high committee tasked with discussing the law on local administration in Syria and the administrative structure"
Ehmed said in an interview with "Asharq Al-Awsat" that meetings were held with a Russian Foreign Ministry at the Hmeimim base in Latakia.
