A defector from the so-called "Peshmerga Rojava", one of the first to join it, revealed that Kurdish National Council (#ENKS) and "Peshmerga Roj", is working in the service of #Turkey and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (#PDK).

Defector: The members of "Peshmerga Roj" received military training at the hands of Turkish intelligence experts in the camps of Başûrê Kurdistan. The main goal is to implement Turkish plans in Rojava.

Juan Xalaf (29 years old) from Dirbêsiyê district, joined the so-called "Roj Peshmerga" in 2012 and is one of the founders of this group.

After his displacement to Başur Kurdistan, he was under siege like the rest of the people of Rojava in Domiz camp in Dohuk governorate in Başr Kurdistan. The local authorities prevented Juan Xalaf from working in Başur to force him to join the Roj Peshmerga.

He adds, "I remained besieged in the camp, and when the Kurdish National Council (ENKS) was promoting the Roj Peshmerga, 200 people and I decided to join the Peshmerga."

A few days after registering his name in the office of ENKS, Juan Xalaf joined a military training course that lasted about three months in the city of Hewlêr, under the name of "Vermanda Zirvani" course.

After the end of the military training course, the Kurdistan Democratic Party formed a camp in the Khanz area of the city of Dohuk, joined by Jawan Khalaf, and this camp was later divided, according to Joan, into four regiments, and it includes about 2,500 young men.

Joan Khalaf revealed details of the people who train Peshmerga fighters and said: “The agents of the Turkish state and those who claim to be dissidents from the PKK are the ones who train the elements of the Peshmerga."

Defector: "The PDK authorities used to tell their members that the Turkish state was tasked with training the elements by the international coalition"

Defector: "The main goal of Turkish intelligence and PDK is to distort the image of the PKK and the YPG to brainwash them."

Defector: "The world was a witness to the heroism that the SDF was showing in the face of terrorism and was already able to protect the people of Rojava."

Defector: "The heroism of the SDF led to the creation of a kind of confusion in the ranks of the Roj Peshmerga forces after it became clear that the Peshmerga are only working for political interests"

The defector confirms that the majority of the Peshmerga demanded to go to Rojava and fight alongside the SDF in the face of terrorism, but their request was rejected by the leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK)

Defector: "After PDK denied us to fight alongside SDF against terrorism, the PDK began to distort the image of SDF and told us that the aim of the formation of the SDF is to protect the SAA and they will deploy Roj Peshmerga on the main front lines in order to be killed"

The defector appealed to the Roj Peshmerga to return to their homes and join the SDF, saying: “Indeed, the Roj Peshmerga do not and will not protect Rojava. Only the Syrian democratic forces have fulfilled their duty. "

The defector expressed his deep regret for joining a force that claimed to protect Rojava, but it was not, and said: "We are the victims of the policy of the PDK."
