1/4 CIJA and @CanadianFSWC are working together to fight #antisemitism, and through CIJA have engaged @PrivyCouncilCA after @Israellycoolweek reported that a senior analyst at PCO appears to have published extreme and egregious #antisemitic posts on social media. #cdnpoli
2/4 A Facebook page purporting to belong to a member of the public service employed @PrivyCouncilCA includes dozens of hateful messages, including accusations of Jews collaborating with Hitler and being “Khazar converts” with a “false history.” 
3/4 After alerting our senior contacts within @PrivyCouncilCA, we have received assurances that they are taking the allegations seriously and we were gratified to learn that an investigation is already underway.
4/4 That a gov. advisor in PCO, a dept. that advises the PM and Cabinet, might be responsible for what appears to be a protracted pattern of antisemitic hatred is v. concerning. Jewish community looks forward to conclusion of investigation & how PCO will address the matter.
