He’s really thinking big in this interview - he wants a new consensus to replace the Washington consensus as the latter doesn’t take into account climate change and growing inequality.

Such an important and indeed often overlooked point: demographic change.

Overall: fascinating interview (of course, Macron is never boring).
Lots of important points. My biggest takeaways and surprises:
