Now let's begin!
1. You need some skill to offer

>> FB ads
>> Google ads
>> SEO
>> Web design/dev
>> Email marketing
>> Social media management
>> Sales closing
>> Blog writing
>> Video production
>> etc.

Learn on your own or outsource to a reputable person/brand.
Your skill needs to directly affect the number of customers, dollars, or leads your customers get per month.

There needs to be a direct result from your service.

Example:
SEO - more visibility, more traffic, more sales
FB ads - more leads, more sales, more traffic to a page
2. Do your market research

Believe me when I say that 75% of your success is in the market research.

What your clients struggle with.
What is their awareness to solutions.
How willing are they to make changes.

Understand who your prospects are and go as deep as you can.
Without doing market research you're shooting in the dark.

You will wonder why your offer doesn't convert.

Then you'll think your service is not needed.

Then you'll pivot.

Rinse and repeat.

Research is fun when money is involved, which it is.
3. Craft an irresistible offer

An irresistible offer stems from market research.

It answers the "burning problem" that your clients face.

It alleviates the nagging issue.

"Land clients every single day WITHOUT ever having to get on the phone again."
An irresistible offer makes your client say "I NEED THIS".

If you just list features and cool add-ons that your service provides you will have close to a 0% conversion rate.

Your offer needs to benefit them, fix their most annoying issue, and make them a tangible return.
4. Outreach

When you do the outreach, you don't need a funnel, crazy landing page, and paid ads running.

>> FB direct message businesses (made a video on this)

>> LinkedIn direct message

>> Twitter DM

>> Cold email

All incredibly powerful.

5. Closing

Ok so how do you get on the phone and convince them to hand you $1-3k?

Diagnose like crazy.
Give them actionable advice.
Understand their current situation.
Focus on their future goals.
Turn your offer into the prescription.

Less selling, more prescribing.
6. Leverage results + testimonials

Ask every client for a testimonial.

Use them for your outreach.

Use them for one line success stories in emails, DMs, etc.

It'll do ~10-20% of the selling for you.

Easiest way to position yourself as the "expert".
7. Repeat the process 3x

Don't make the mistake of trying to automate a process that's not proven.

Get a client.

Get another one.

And another one.

Once you have a proven process, find a way to automate it.

Systems come after results.

It will take work.
