9. The truth why... Armenia 1) failed to prepare for drones; 2) didn't enact the CSTO when Tavush was attacked; 3) didn't use the air force/Iskanders to stop the advance, despite risks; and 4) used volunteers instead of reservists.

10. We need to know why successive Armenian governments failed, even now, to recognise #Artsakh. But if we're united and positive, we can build two vibrant democratic sovereign nations, while the enemy languishes with dictatorships!
