If Senator Patrick supports this he supports ineffective legislation that delivers only cruelty and sanctions - to people in #poverty.

Perhaps @Senator_Patrick should read what @JacquiLambie has stated publicly about the card. She is spot on! This card cannot deliver what it pretends to be targeting. Other services are needed for that. Why increase Twiggy Forrest’s profit to harm Social Security recipients? Why?

What we know for sure is this - the Centre Alliance Party did NOT even show up to vote on the #CashlessDebitCard and because of this - the card did not fail entirely. @SenatorSiewert - rightly furious! #auspol
