Invasion of Kashmir by Indian Sikh Jathas & Hindus began in Jul 1947 in Jammu region, much before Pathan tribesmen entered Kashmir to protect Muslims. It happend after Jammu massacre by Indian Sikhs & Hindus till Oct 1947, killing well over 250,000 & ethnic cleansing of Muslims.
Indian Sikh Plan for invasion of Jammu & Kashmir was conceived in 1945. Its outlines started emerging in early 1947. Indian Sikh Jathas & Hindus invaded Jammu first, killing over 250,000 Muslims & ethnically cleansed over 500,000 into Pakistan to change Jammu region's demography.
Sikh jathas were “working under some centralised control” said British commander of Boundary Force in 1947. Surrounding Muslim villages, waves of Sikhs hurled grenades, set fire to houses & swordsmen hacked down those trying to flee. Over 120 Muslim villages in Jammu were burnt.
Indian Sikh Plan for Annexation of Kashmir with complicity of Maharaja comprised of 2 phases. Phase I)Muslim Genocide & Ethnic Cleansing from areas east of River Chenab in Punjab & in Phase II) invasion of Kashmir, initially with similar actions of Phase I in Jammu & then Valley.
At a meeting with Nawab of Bhopal & Maharaja of Indore on 4 Aug 1947, Mountbatten said, state of Jammu & Kashmir was "so placed geographically that it could join either Dominion (Pakistan or India), provided part of Gurdaspur were put into East Punjab by the Boundary Commission".
Muslim majority Gurdaspur district less a part of Shakargarh was awarded to India by Boundary Commission. Even Shakargarh tehsil was partitioned in a way that its eastern boundary was shifted westwards to make more room for India’s connection to Kashmir.
Before Indian Sikh Jathas & Hindus invaded Kashmir, Muslim majority state of Gurdaspur was purged of Muslims by state forces. 100s of 1000s were massacred and millions ethnically cleansed & pushed into Pakistan - the only reason, Indians wanted an uninterrupted route to Kashmir.
For planned Muslim Genocide & Ethnic Cleansing from areas east of River Chenab in Punjab & initially in Jammu region of Kashmir, raising of Akal Fauj (Sikh Army), Shaheedi Jathas (Suicide Squads) & Durli Jathas (for robberies & dacoities in Muslim areas) commenced in Feb 1947.
Indian invasion of Kashmir was planned & coordinated in meetings between rulers of princely states of Alwar, Kapurthala & Patiala etc with Maharaja of Kashmir in complete knowledge of British India's Hindu & Sikh leaders & their local supporters in British Indian government.
If it were decided to award only Shakargarh tehsil of Muslim majority Gurdaspur to Pakistan, what was the need to slice off its north-east corner & give it to Republic of India. It could only make sense in the context of providing a land route between Kashmir & Republic of India.
British author Alastair Lamb indicates presence of Indian (Patiala) troops in Kashmir, well before 22 Oct 1947 revealing stark complicity which was amazing when Jagmohan in his book didn't deny but justifyed it saying, Maharajah in Kashmir could get troops from wherever he liked.
After pogrom in neighbouring Punjab where Muslims were killed in millions in order to ethnically cleanse areas & change demography, these marauding Indian Hindu & Sikh hordes were sent to Jammu area of Kashmir in order to ethnically cleanse it from the present Muslim majority.
Thirty lorries carrying Muslim evacuees to Pakistan were attacked by Dogra troops at Satwari in Jammu. Most of the male members were massacred, while the women were abducted.
After invasion of Kashmir by Indian Hindu & Sikh jathas, Sialkot border saw number of incursions from Jammu region in 1947. In one raid on a Sialkot border village, Dogra troops killed 60 Muslims, injured 12, & abducted 11 Muslim girls. Such aspects rarely find mention in texts.
Indian Hindu persecution against non-Hindu religions of Kashmir has been a continual historical fact. Earlier it were Buddhists of Kashmir and later the Kashmiri Muslims who equally suffered.

Indians say plebiscite in Kashmir couldn't be held due to non-withdrawal of Pak Army. UN Resolution of 13 Aug 48 says Pak start withdrawal process Ist & while its army WAS BEING WITHDRAWN, bulk of Indian Army was to start withdrawal. India refused to share withdrawal plan with UN
While Pakistan shared its Army's withdrawal plan with UN Mission, it were the Indians who refused to share their withdrawal plan with UN. It clearly meant, they had no intention of withdrawing their forces from Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Indian farce is exposed.
UNSC 1952 Kashmir Resolution No 98 stated that at the end of period of demilitarization, 3000-6000 forces could stay on Pakistan side of cease-fire line & 12000-18000 forces could stay on Indian side. India never withdrew majority of its army, forcing Pak Army to pend withdrawal.

Around 6000 years ago, an enhanced socio-cultural interaction between various regions of urbanised phase of Indus Valley of Pakistan commenced. Gradually, a geographically unified entity was transforming into a socio-cultural & civilisational unitary order, called Pakistan. Image
Indus Valley Civilisation (IVC) did not consist of City States like Mesopotamia. More similarities than differences attribute to IVC like governance, weight measurements, size of bricks, similar pottery/terracotta, city grids, construction standards, trade practices & a lot more.
The precursor of Indus Valley Civilisation of Pakistan has been acknowledged to be 7000 BC Mehrgarh in Balochistan, Pakistan. It was excavated by a French team of archaeologists in 1974 and scientifically proven to be a 7000 BC (9000 years old) archaeological site.

Pakistan is Land of Indus. Also called Abaseen, Father of Rivers. In Rig Veda, written in Pakistan (1500 BC), Indus has been identified as the only male river in area. Tributaries of Indus have been identified as female rivers.

Pakistan thus, is the Fatherland & not Motherland.
In Tibet Indus is called as god river & in Pashto, Father of Rivers. Rig Veda applies feminine gender to all rivers, except Sindhu with a masculine gender. Sindhu is seen as a strong warrior amongst other rivers seen as goddesses & compared to cows & mares yielding milk & butter.
"Pakistan, the Indus land, is the child of the Indus in the same way as Egypt is the gift of Nile. The Indus has provided unity, fertility, communication, direction and the entire landscape to the country".

Professor Dr. Ahmad Hasan Dani

Many people in Pakistan believe that Raja Porus who fought the Battle of Hydaspes (326 BCE) against Alexander of Macedon was a Hindu. Raja Porus was not a Hindu but a Buddhist and this has been confirmed by many well known Numismatic scholars.
Indian religious scripture Satapatha Brahmana (500BC) calls Puru tribe Rakshasas & Asuras (Demons). Also used for Buddhists. Hindus say Porus (fought Alexander of Macedon) was a Puru & thus Hindu. Can Asura or Rakshasas be Hindus. Porus was Buddhist. Numismatics confirm this fact
As stated in the Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society, Volume 6, the coins of Porus' era prove unmistakably that he was a Buddhist and not a Hindu as is famously believed.

There were two theatres of 71 war, western theatre & eastern theatre. Though Pakistanis fought bravely, they lost battle of eastern theatre. Indians did not succeed in western theatre. Pakistan did not lose 1971 war; it retained its original territory, sovereignty & independence.
1940 Pakistan Resolution at Lahore, stated formation of soverign state(s) from contiguous Muslim majority areas. Only Punjab, Afghania (KP), Kashmir, Sindh = PAKISTAN, were contiguous Muslim majority areas. Bengal was not contiguous to Pakistan and as such its B was not added.
Bengali Muslim leaders struggled for an independent Bengal. When they felt that they could not gain independence, they requested Mr Jinnah to become part of Pakistan movement & in 1946 Delhi Resolution was passed in which East Bengal was added.

In her book "In Freedom's Shade", Anis Kidwai clearly states that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was directly involved in and encouraged the massacre of Muslims in 1947, including the Muslim villages around Delhi. She also says that Mahatama Gandhi was in knowledge of this fact.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel - The monster and a mass murderer from Republic of India, who ordered and followed up the mass murders of over two million Muslims and ethnic cleansing of tens of millions of Muslims in 1947. He was responsible for committing crimes against humanity.
During 1947 planned ethnic cleansing & massacre of Muslims in east Punjab, Maharajas of Patiala, Alwar, Dholpur, Faridkot, Bikaner & Bharatpur supplied arms, ammunition & explosives to Sikh & Hindu Jathas. Over 2 million Muslims massacred & over 10 million ethnically cleansed.
