*Thread* Drop Servicing [Free Course]
Drop Servicing is simply offering a service & having another provider deliver the work

For example: Home builders & real estate agents

Will pay graphic designers to virtually stage homes to make them look better online
Prices range from $20-100 per photo

Around 8-15 photos per house

$160-$800 per order

Digital services with these wider price ranges present a great opportunity
In this thread example we will use book covers

Kindle book publishing agencies will pop out one or more books per week

Book covers range from $10-200
The way you add value to your offers is:

1) Taking the time to understand what gets results -

In this example you can use a tool like KDP Spy & make a case study identifying the common traits of quality book covers

2) Finding fast, quality designers at the best price
Although you can open gigs on sites like Fiverr,

Getting in front of kindle publishing agency owners is where the bigger multiple covers a week deals will come from

Here's how
Being a 'fan'

A active participant instead of a outsider trying to provide a service

^ this is a major problem across many industries

- YouTube thumbnail designers who don't understand YouTube will make something aesthetically decent but not optimized for the result
- Programmers/Math guys developing algorithms for trading but don't understand the financial markets/economy/psychology etc

Being a fan yourself, maybe you a few books you also publish as a side hustle

Makes you 'one of them' a trusted peer instead of a outsider salesmen
Getting inside for our kindle example (this works in most other niches as well)

1) Free FB/Groups & forums - being a normal active member who also will share case studies & tips about cover designs

Becoming known as the 'cover guy' and just a cool person in the group
2) Getting into paid courses that kindle agency publishers take

People in that group are actively publishing books, talking about tips with each other in the FB group

It is totally normal to share your tips/case studies about cover design
They come to know you as the cover guy who owns a book cover agency

This separates you from graphic designers who make book covers

This makes you an fellow publisher who knows the specific graphic design tips for kindle optimization
This will land clients, messages, etc

As we said in step one - it is your job (this is how you add value) to find a great designer, who is fast, and at a great price

Because you will be bringing them a lot of business you have the power to negotiate price
You also add value to your designer by sharing your case studies/cover tips with them

So you've found a quality freelancer, you added value to them by optimizing their designs

You add value to the clients ordering covers

This value deems you very worthy of a middleman cut
Being viewed as a expert means you can command the higher price points of $40-120 per cover

You pay your designer around 50% of each order

(which is likely more than they were getting

50% of your premium price will be equal to or more than their fiverr gig offering price)
Let's say you pay the designer $30 per cover and charge $60

$30 profit per cover, the only work to do is copy & pasting the details from the client's order description and spend a few minutes a day in groups providing value

10 orders = $300 profit
100 orders = $3000 profit
The reason to go after publishing agencies instead of independent authors

(which you still can do by opening a gig on websites like fiverr)

Is because agencies will order multiple covers at a time & always need more
10-20 clients ordering 10 covers a month = 100 covers a month made & $3000 profit

As the name of you or your company gets established, you can further systemize

Using a website to allow people to place orders, implementing retargeting ads & special intro offers
You can replace 'kindle book covers' with almost any service online

I just used this example to clearly explain the model

Remember just opening another gig without adding value like we mentioned won't be too profitable/valuable
1) Add value by knowing your stuff

2) Share what you know for free in groups

3) Add value to the designer by sharing what you know & offering them consistent work

4) Add value by getting fast turnaround times, good prices, & designers you trained in kindle covers
Thank you for reading

Cheers

Pseudo-Diversification (a thread)

The biggest secret to building indestructible & insanely profitable brands Image
1 company makes the majority of ciggerates

Their factories already produce the ingredients

Slight variations & different packaging

allow for multiple demographics to be appealed to
producing what they're already making
Amazon sellers will produce the exact same product in different packaging

They're already producing the ingredients

Variation in packaging

Now the same supplement appeals to the holistic health crowd in one package & the productivity nootropics crowd in different packaging

*Thread* - Influencer Bundles

How to sell a book & hoodie for $500
People buy the name first

The price point of designer is because of the name associated with the product

Influencers poorly utilize the asset of their brand

Only leveraging the attention aspect to point to offers instead of leveraging the power of their name/reputation
Example: Fitness & Lifestyle YouTubers/IG Influencer

Can create a limited edition VIP bundle

Limited to 40 units

Posting on their story for social proof/scarcity as each gets sold

"12 left, Welcome, @ (tagging/shouting out people who order)"

Brutally honest take

Home town people making fun of your online content

Either means:

- The content sucks

- It’s not congruent to how you act in real life
It absolutely can be jealousy, envy, ‘haters’

But people cop out too often claiming everyone is a hater

I’ve been at multiple points of the spectrum

and I want to share what it taught me

Here’s what I mean...
My current tweets I’ll legit DM them sometimes to friends

When friends/family recommend my articles/content

I feel good about it

It’s not cringe to me because what I share now, is just that...

It’s sharing what I am already doing/thinking

> Not putting on a performance

*Thread* - The Selfish Secret

Copy the 'x' factor behind all my greatest wins
People will say I give so much with what I create

But I have rarely, if ever given or created anything to be given

After reverse engineering 10 years of wins & losses

This right here is the 'x factor' behind the effortless victories
When I had a clothing brand a few years back

There was a style I wanted but could not find

I decided to make it for myself

After I made it for myself and liked it I decided to put it on a store & sell it

It did fairly well right away
