2) Close readers of these daily threads will recall @realTomPappert from our recent conversation where he joined us briefly. On December 3, Tom had posted this story.
3) Others were involved, but Tom's story on that memo had very real impact. In significant part, I credit it with Representative Louie Gohmert's suit that hoped to enforce Pence's obligation to ensure a voter fraud free election. You have to give Tom real street cred for that.
4) While I'd dearly love to completely agree with Tom's position on Pence's role, we actually don't have to go quite that far. Let's parse that out right now. It is absolutely possible that the full weight of curing the election does in fact rest on Pence. I say possible.
5) We may slide this onion another way, though. Let's pretend that Pence has NO power to overturn the election, at all. Just for argument's sake. What then? I say, there still has to be a way to determine whether voter fraud occurred or not. No false electors must be allowed.
6) Be clear, I am 100% certain that voter fraud did occur, and on a massive scale the likes of which we have never seen in American history before. But my certainty has no force, obviously. So, when I say there has to be a way to determine IF it occured, I mean at law.
7) I'm NOT saying that this IS what Pence SHOULD do. I'm not closely enough read in to all the options to make that determination. I am, however saying I believe he COULD do the following. He might simply ask. How? How do we adjudicate these critical questions? He could ask.
8) I don't mean ask weakly, or humbly. I mean ask with the force and power of the full weight of his position as President of the Senate of these United States of America. I mean ask formally, in all his power.
9) I just learned something interesting. I had typed in President Pro Temp and something struck me about that. I checked, and low and behold, whenever anyone refers to Pence as holding that position, they are wrong. I've heard it countless times.
10) There is such a position, and it's usually just the majority leader elected to represent the Vice President, in his function as President of the Senate, temporarily. The Vice President is simply the President of the Senate, with no qualifying terms to follow.
11) A simple strong statement, tomorrow, might go something like:
In my role as President of this august body, and in my function to announce the final count of electors and winner of the Presidential election, the standard is zero election fraud.
12) The accusations of voter fraud, rampant and massive and most especially targeted against these many several battleground states if far too significant to gloss over. I have heard these Senators make their case and while I am not ready to overturn this election today, I am...
13) I am positive certain, and have no doubt whatsoever in my mind or heart, that this question of fraud must be addressed, and addressed fully. We must employ all of our powers to address and if need be, redress the diseased vote. I say "diseased vote." By that, I mean this.
14) We are perpetually warned that we must not disenfranchise millions of voters who voted for Joe Biden. Yet, it appears rare to my observation we are guided equally so for those millions who voted to reelect President Trump. What of their franchise at the vote?
15) By diseased I mean that without a full and proper determination, all Americans will rightly know that the voices of those calling out voter fraud were silenced. On that basis, and in my position as President of the Senate, I put forward this charge.
16) We must cure this election of the suspicions these Senators have put forward. We must offer them our best effort to both hear and address their severe concerns. I cannot predict the outcome of that process. I can state, emphatically such a process must be accomplished.
17) So therefore I ask of this body in its deliberative capacity, what process shall we employ to answer these challenges of massive voter fraud? Be clear, if the answer comes back that they must be silenced, then I will NOT be able to announce a winner of this election.
18) Before this count can be accepted, the challenge of the truth or falsehood of these electors must be established. How we go about that is the question I put forward.
What say you all?
19) I repeat, I have no nicety of the law of the procedure within my expertise. There may be law delineating that my proposed statement be made this way, that way, or, it is possible I am just wrong. That is, these powers of Pence's position that I imagine may not be so.
20) But I do know this, and I know it with absolute certainty. Our founders would never have left us in a position where we must accept false electors, and with no means of curing that diseased vote count. And I absolutely know more.
21) I positively know that false electors are possible, and that should they occur it is on us to ferret out their falsehood. We have that responsibility. We must never surrender to the subborning of the vote by means of procedural methods controlled by evil actors.
22) Let's turn back to @realTomPappert's report on a possible backroom deal. Tom doesn't call it "possible" as I do. He tells us this deal has been made. You can tell I am not 100% persuaded that it did occur. But I am far too careful to reject Tom's report out of hand.
23) So again for argument's sake, let's imagine that Tom's report is not only correct, it is completely predictive. It is going to happen, precisely has Tom lays it out. 2 hours of cosmetic debate followed by a straight majority vote to affirm Joe Biden as POTUS 46.
23) In analyzing such things, we always benefit from looking at the players and the plays. The first thing I note is the absence of Chuck Schumer in his function as Minority Leader of the Senate. I confess, I find that to be a questionable aspect of this story.
24) But still, we have Nany, MIghty Mitch, Kevin McCarthy who, if this story is true, will immediately become Motley McCarthy to me, and VP Pence. Here, I give over to Tom's report, actually, not merely hypothetically. I have zero reason to believe that any player might not play.
25) What I mean by that is this. Go down the list. The story is 100% credible about each individual player. I'll say that another way. I know that each player is at least contemplating the question:
How do we get rid of this problem?
26) Another way to say this. If this happens tomorrow, by the terms of the backroom deal Tom puts forward, I will find zero surprise in my heart. I know this would be perfect for Nancy, obviously. But I don't trust Mitch, Kevin, or Mike enough to be surprised if this takes place.
27) If you watched the rally last night - and you had to watch it on OAN to get the full rally, as the FOX stars felt that their commentary and interviews with guests was more important than listening to our President - you heard that Trump's trust in Pence is far from certain.
28) Once again we're here on hellaciously familiar ground. We the voters of America express our will in loud, stentorian tones. Swamp Creatures, minions of their masters in the Globalist Cabal, couldn't care less. Business as usual there holds no place for us, no place at all.
29) One of the reasons I so often read stories published by the Lame Stream Media, is to listen for their tone and keep their assumptions and trickery right before my eyes. This story is precisely appropo of that mandate over today's topic.
30) I strongly recommend that you read it while I take a few minutes to draw out a decent little cup of espresso. Pay careful attention to their assumption that the Constitution supports ONLY the outcome they desire. We'll parse that false assumptive base when I return.
31) I'm sorry to inflict the torment of reading the AP's tripe on you, but, well, I'm going to do it again shortly. Doesn't mean I'm not sorry, though. It's a necessary evil practice for us to keep our eye on the enemy. Never forget, the first command is always to know thy enemy.
32) If there's something our founding fathers mastered, it was the use of words. Be it war or peace, be it democracy, republic, their federalist amalgamation, or the question of state's rights, etc., they lived, as we do, in a war of words. There can be no politics without words.
33) The psychological or information warrior on either side contends for the power of naming. In the creation story in Genesis it was God's first task for Adam. Adam was empowered to name all the beasts and plants in the Garden of Eden. The snake in the garden observed this.
35) A bit later in Genesis we're told that the people of Babylon were unified and built towers - we call them ziggurats, now - ascending to the heaven. For this hubris how were they punished? By the imposition of scores of different languages. Babyl. Thus...Babylon.
36) I don't know the story of the Associated Press. I'll have to check that out. But somewhere along the line, they decided that they were the word masters of the Globalist Cabal. They are its word warriors. And in the piece above, the term they're confiscating is Constitutional.
37) Please be clear. This is nothing but a bold, bald lie. Not only do they have no right to own this term, their very use of it is completely destructive of the value of the term itself, and that is their true purpose.
38) They want you to believe that Pence's Constitutional duty is nothing other than to certify false electors. In their own opinion, they're on the 99 yard line and they see Pence's job, "Constitutionally," to carry their ball into the end zone scoring the winning touchdown.
39) At no point do they ever consider there be such a thing as a Constitutional duty to ensure the integrity of the vote, to ensure the rejection, the ejection of false electors. Here's one counter...
40) I offer the 2nd solely due to the question of the players and the plays. What will Pence's play be, tomorrow? We'd better let him know he has more audience than the local Swamp Creatures that surround him. He must face us. Without us, he has no future. No more plays to play.
41) As to Nancy, she's not even a 2-bit player anymore, only squeezing out the vote she needed to stay in as leader by bringing back a Covid positive representative. Nancy is a walking farce, a parody of herself, not even herself herself. She'll be gone by or before 2022.
42) Mighty Mitch is finished. He will no longer be mighty, ever again. I guess he's actually Unmighty Mitch now. Like Pence, Mitch is nothing without us. He is solely a Globalist Cabal minion who utterly outed himself with his embrace of Joe Biden. He is nothing to us now.
I don't care if the Senate stays Republican or not, we must extract all power from Mitch. We won't linger here today, but, we must come up with a complete MAGA plan to deminionize our players. We must...
44) And that leaves us Kevin. No doubt he's better than Liz Cheney, so if he's thinking he must block her ascension, I'm mostly okay with that. I get it. And I like Kevin. I do. But I wouldn't trust him to hold my plug nickel. We must build a MAGA plan to run the House properly.
45) If it was up to me, I'd put @CawthornforNC forward as Speaker of the House in 2022 when MAGA takes control of the House back. At age 27, he'll be ready, I say. But what about right now?
46) I intimated the play above with my proposed speech for Pence. But what's the bottomline on that play? Time. Delay. I don't mean delay as a mere ploy, a tactical maneuver. I mean this. When you're headed the wrong way, slow down. You're looking for a uturn.
47) It's get real time. We must learn to speak with a unified and roaring voice. Minion Mitch must hear us roaring. Confused Kevin must hear us as well. Will Pence be Mousy Mike, or will he rise up, stand tall, and be MAGA Mike?
48) There is an entirely different game strategy on the table for consideration. We've worked on it repeatedly. It is General McInerney's 10 Commandments To Save America. I have to return to these plays over and over. What if January 20 comes and Biden is inaugurated?
49) What if Biden's "victory" is solely due to a diseased vote, as certified by false electors? What if, as I completely believe, Biden is as owned by China as he is a Globalist Cabal Minion? How will we feel, having failed to heed General Mac?
50) And that brings us to today's last story. Here it is, again from the AP.
51) I'm confident most of you know of President Eisenhower's term, the Military-Industrial Complex. I bet a good deal fewer of you have watched his short, 3:16 minute speech on topic, from January 17, 1961.
52) Here's their opening sentence:
"In an extraordinary rebuke of President Donald Trump, all 10 living former secretaries of defense cautioned Sunday...
53) "...against any move to involve the military in pursuing claims of election fraud, arguing that it would take the country into “dangerous, unlawful and unconstitutional territory.”
Would you look at that. Who owns the word "Constitutional?"
54) Here's their explicit rejection of General Mac's Commandments:
“Efforts to involve the U.S. armed forces in resolving election disputes would take us into dangerous, unlawful and unconstitutional territory,” they wrote. ...
55) “Civilian and military officials who direct or carry out such measures would be accountable, including potentially facing criminal penalties, for the grave consequences of their actions on our republic.”
And of this they are 100% certain. Okay.
56) The players and the plays? This letter was fathered by Dick Cheney, who is also the father of Liz Cheney, the one seeking to replace Confused Kevin. Pere Cheney is threatening so Minority Leader will NOT:
57) Word ownership. We The People must, and we shall take back our words. We shall harden our minds and hearts to their evil infiltration into patriotism itself. They play act the part of patriots when they are in fact traitors. In Hamlet, something was rotten in Denmark.
58) Can you smell the reek coming from Washington DC today? I say, with broken heart, something is rotten in America. It is on us, We The People, and us, the MAGA Movement to cure this ill. We must remove from power those traitors who betray us every single day.
59) You cannot make me look away or close my eyes. I will not listen to or sing goodnight lullabies any longer over the fate of my nation. And I know you won't either. Now is the time to sing the song of angry men.
60) This is that moment. Those of you brave patriots who have made the trek to DC for tomorrow's historic moment, we thank you. Be bold and of good cheer. Kevin, Mitch, and Mike will hear you. What they will do, I cannot say. But that they will hear you, of that I am certain.
Thread ends at #60.
I have to ask, could it be that Jenna read this morning’s thread? Her direction is not identical to my recommendation, but close enough that I have ask!
After a few hours of fitful sleep, the reality of the nightmare we're living shot me up from bed. I have no special knowledge, no guidance from above to share. Only analysis.
2) The greatest intellectual challenge we face is the enormity of the big lie. When even Mike Pence turns full Judas, and the Republican Majority Leader in the Senate rushes to as fast a certification of a false president as possible, you can feel how the fix is in. 100% Rigged.
3) Anyone who has followed the work of the great @SidneyPowell1 on behalf of @GenFlynn can find no surprise in how corrupt our judiciary is. We are witnessing a whole-of-government denial of our power as voters. In DC today, our voice is silenced. They don't need us, they think.
I read this with great sadness, knowing in advance I would find nothing but dishonesty and calumny disguised as sacred honor and sanctimonious self-righteousness. Some small part of me hoped, still, to be wrong, but that part of me is called projection and denial. /1
I do not have many comments to make. But there is a point of logic I am compelled to express. The entire letter is built around a single term which is, in its very usage, a lie. That term is unilateral. /2
When a judge slams his gavel down handing out a sentence that he decided, no one accuses him of having made a unilateral decision. A long process led there. The laws were not of his own creation. He performs his function, holding sole responsibility for its proper execution. /3
We'll discuss Neon Revolt's 3 articles below. If you haven't, you should read them now. Before we turn to them, I'll offer my own thoughts about this terrible day.
2) Neon Revolt has forced a new perception. He has forced me to walk around a beloved topic of mine, of ours, and has forced me to look at it from its hellacious dark side. It's shadow. The topic is our reawakening as a nation of patriots. The slumbering giant slumbers no more.
3) From 2016 until this day, every time I've seen that thought cross my mind's view screen, I have smiled. And I have believed in us, in U.S. This is the sunny side of the street. A new day in America. And I have been grateful, so grateful to our great leader. And not shy either.
And so should you! I'd rather it were just the interview itself, from NO news outlet, but when I checked at YouTube, it was only News channels' postings I could find.
2) For this morning's comments, I can only focus on the high level, as I only have a short amount of time in which to do so. I hope you find these general remarks helpful. If possible, I may come back add in some detail, later in the day. Off we go, now...
3) Trump is not only STILL Trump, both for better and for less better, he remains almost exclusively a business executive and NOT a politician. At every step of the way I heard the Chief Executive Officer, the President and Founder of the firm, speaking. This is CEO speak.
We'll watch Madison's amazing video very carefully together below. Alone with a few general comments, we have three other sources to consider today as well. But watch Madison first, in full.
2) Getting ready for today's thread, I watched Madison again, and found myself in need of more clarity about how the Presidential Election is certified. Google was even more unkind, and it was a struggle. But finally I found the right attack on the search.
3) With this search, I found 3 articles, all with the same focus, which is on VP Pence's role and recent statement on topic. The articles are almost identical, so you only need read one of them. We're not going to analyze them in detail, but they are worth perusing.
2) You've heard the cynics psychoanalyze @realDonaldTrump since he and Melania came down the escalator. They'll tell you today that Trump knows he has lost, and is only manipulating us in order to raise money. Yeah, they've called everything so correctly, haven't they?
3) In case you're new to my analysis, I do employ sarcasm freely, and I hope you can hear my tone dripping with it above. There is no means of leadership Trump will leave on the table as he prosecutes his personal mission to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain. Fundraising matters.
